Joseph Lukacs, 2025 Winner

Joseph Lukacs was the honoree in 2025; Lukacs works at The Sherwin-Williams Company, where he served as Global Director of Fleet Operations, and has spent decades with the company.

“Working 28 years for The Sherwin-Williams Company — 11 of those in fleet — has been an incredible ride and not common in today’s marketplace. From building and racing cars at a young age, to a Corporate America way of life, receiving industry-wide accolades, and completing multiple Six Sigma certifications (both Green and Black) … it’s all been part of my passion for this craft,” Lukacs said during his speech.

Award Eligibility

To be eligible for the award, nominees must:

  • Be full-time commercial fleet managers
  • Manage more than 100 company-owned or leased cars/light trucks
  • Be nationally recognized among peers for leadership and results

The winner will be announced at the 2026 AFLA Corporate Fleet Conference, to be held Sept. 27-30 in Las Vegas, Nevada, with the theme "Strategy Over Chance: Driving Fleet Confidence."
