Following a planned transition in leadership for ServNet’s governing board, Ryan Clark, owner of Greater Rockford Auto Auction and Great Lakes Auto Auction, will serve as the group’s president for the next two years, the network announced Dec. 6.
ServNet’s auction owners confirmed this move at their business meeting this fall.
“ServNet stands at the forefront of the industry, pairing the highest levels of customer service with the most efficient and progressive technology available," Clark said in a news release. "It is my pleasure to represent the ServNet auction owners as we build on our strengths and plan for the years ahead.”
Greater Rockford Auto Auction was founded by Clark's grandfather and is celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2024. Under the Clark family's leadership, the auction continues to be highly-regarded throughout the region for its dedication to its customers, high standards of service, and commitment to the industry. In 2022, Clark and business partner Chad Anderson acquired a second auction, Great Lakes Auto Auction, in South Bend, Indiana.
As Clark assumes duties as ServNet’s President, he is assisted by a leadership team of auction owners:
Cody Boswell of Missouri Auto Auction was named the group’s vice president/president elect
Clark Stallings of Greenville Auto Auction continues to handle responsibilities as treasurer
Chad Bailey, owner of Akron and Value Auto Auctions and outgoing board president, will serve as chairman of the board.
Three additional ServNet auction owners will serve on the group’s board of directors: David Aahl of North Bay Auto Auction, Collin McConkey of the McConkey Auction Group, and Brandon Thompson of Mid-State Auto Auction.

“ServNet’s auction owners continue to shape the industry with years of experience and personal dedication, and they give tirelessly of their time and resources on behalf of our organization,” Clark said.
“As we move forward, we will continue to raise ServNet’s awareness in the industry, particularly among the dealer community. We will also work closely together to build and strengthen our auction teams, using the deep ServNet network to develop them professionally.”
The ServNet Auction Group is a national network of independently-owned wholesale auto auctions.
Since 1988, ServNet member auctions have worked together to provide a full range of remarketing services to its customers, including auctioneers, inspections, reconditioning, transportation assistance, and inventory financing.
