Manheim on June 7 named three new general managers for its operating locations in Dallas, Portland, Oregon, and Kansas City, Missouri.

Glenna Bishop is the new general manager for Manheim Dallas-Fort Worth. Her career with the company began in 2014 with Cox Media Group.

Two years later, she joined Manheim as a marketing and promotions manager at Manheim Palm Beach followed by field marketing manager for the Florida Region where she focused on driving ROI through event sales and strategic client partnerships. Most recently, Bishop was the assistant general manager at Manheim Fort Lauderdale.

While there, she helped create the South Florida Market Center, merging leadership and strategy between Manheim Fort Lauderdale and Manheim Palm Beach, and led the sales, operations, and vehicle entry departments.

She holds a bachelor’s degree from Wright State University and an MBA from Ashford University.

John Duplanty has been named general manager of Manheim Kansas City.

A 15-year member of the Manheim team, Duplanty began his career as operations manager at Manheim Tampa followed by general manager positions at Manheim Arizona and Manheim Tucson where he received the 2019 President's Award for “Auction of the Year.”

Most recently, he served as general manager of Manheim Portland. Duplanty holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and management from Arizona State University.

He succeeds Victor Ferlaino who retired from the company following a 25-year career that included general manager positions at Manheim Cincinnati, Manheim St. Louis and, most recently, Manheim Kansas City.

Michelle McQueen has been promoted to general manager of Manheim Portland to fill the leadership position previously held by Duplanty.

McQueen joined the Manheim family in 2005 and rose to positions of increasing responsibility that include dealer services manager, front office manager and mechanic shop manager.

Most recently, she served as assistant general manager at Manheim Phoenix. She holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership from the University of Arizona Global Campus.
