Joseph Angelo Basile, former vice president – hardware solutions for AssetWorks LLC, died Jan. 30, 2022 in his home in Paupack, Penn., surrounded by his wife and sons. He was 61 years old.

Basile had worked for AssetWorks for 24-plus years. “I am living proof that if you know your product and believe in your product, along with all the people that are involved in bringing this or any product to fruition, you can be successful in sales or for that matter in any career,” said Basile in a LinkedIn post. “You can only become truly accomplished at something you love. I loved what I did and even more loved the knowledge I gained along the way. I never looked at any of our clients as customers - they were and still are my friends.”

Basile is survived by Beth, his wife of 32 years. Basile was born in Niagara Falls, N.Y. on Sept. 12, 1961.
