Gas It Up Names VP of Strategic Fleet Operations
On-demand mobile fueling service, Gas It Up, named Kevin J. Fisher, vice president, strategic fleet operations, where he will join the rest of corporate leadership in scaling the fleet operations for the company.

On-demand mobile fueling service, Gas It Up, named Kevin J. Fisher, vice president, strategic fleet operations, where he will join the rest of corporate leadership in scaling the fleet operations for the company.
Fisher assumed his new responsibilities on Sept. 21, 2020, and will assist David P Grigsby, CEO & Chairman; Gregory Carroll, COO; and Victor Rodriguez, founder and president, along with the rest of the leadership team. He will now focus on sharing his expertise in fleet management, regulatory compliance, and technology with Gas It Up, Inc.
Fisher has more than 30 years of fleet management, technology, DOT compliance, and logistics experience. Before joining Gas It Up, Inc., he worked for Mercury Associates, providing his clients fleet management consulting services and part time fleet manager services.
Prior to his, Fisher held the position of national accounts sales manager-leasing for Volvo Trucks North America. Before joining Volvo Trucks North America, he held the position of VP, strategic fleet operations at Aramark. He led the team supporting 10 different business units across the Aramark enterprise, providing subject matter expertise, procurement, and operational support relative to fleet operations involving over 10,000 vehicles.
The company utilizes its state-of-the-art mobile application and trucks to deliver fuel to customers on-demand. Giving fleets, government agencies and other types of consumers the ability to save money and reach optimum productivity.
Fisher was nominated for Fleet Executive of the Year award in 2013 and 2014 and for a NAFA Fleet Management Association Flexy Award for Sustainability honor in 2013. He was also a member of the General Motors Global Sounding Board for five years. He is a Certified Automotive Fleet Manager (CAFM), a Certified Transportation Professional (NPTC), and a Certified Transportation Broker (TIA) and holds the Master of Business Administration, Management Information Systems from LaSalle University.
