TREVOSE, PA – The CEI Group, Inc. has been named a winner in the Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania 2005 award program, the second time it has been honored by the state-wide program.

CEI was named one of the 50 best mid-sized employers in the state, comprising companies between 25 and 250 employees. Headquartered in the Bucks County Technology Center in Trevose, CEI last won the award in 2003.

In 2004, CEI also won the Pennsylvania Psychological Association's Psychologically Healthy Workplace Award for its "commitment to the psychological health and well-being of its employees."

CEI is a global provider of accident management services and driver risk management and safety services to large, self-insured vehicle fleets and property-casualty insurance companies.

The Best Places to Work annual award program, created in 2000, is sponsored by a partnership between the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development, the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry, the Central Penn Business Journal, the Best Companies Group, and the Team Pennsylvania Foundation. It also cites 50 large companies, for a total of 100 best places to work each year.

The award is based on an employer-level survey of employment and workplace practices, and a survey of each company's employees. The employee survey results count for 75 percent of each company's contest score.

CEI will be recognized and honored at the Best Places to Work in Pennsylvania evening awards ceremony on Tues., Nov. 29, at the Hershey Lodge & Convention Center in Hershey, Pa.
