Apseloff Named Fleet Manager for Procter & Gamble Distributing Co.

CINCINNATI – Rose Apseloff has been named fleet manager for Procter & Gamble Distributing Co. in Cincinnati. She manages a fleet of 2,600 vehicles and succeeds Connie Smith, who has taken a new assignment at the company.
