ISELIN, NJ — The 2005 Fleet Management Institute and Law Enforcement Group (FMI-LEG) Conference is less than three weeks away and final preparations are underway for this year's Affiliates and manufacturers sponsored Grand Celebration. For the second consecutive year, NAFA's Affiliates and manufacturers have joined forces to bring FMI-LEG attendees this conference highlight. A Sophisticated Texas Evening is the theme of this year's event and it promises great food, fun, music and dancing. "It will be an elegant reception," says Lou Mene, chair of the Affiliates Committee. "The Grand Celebration is our way of showing our appreciation to the fleet managers who mean business to us. The entire event is paid for by donations from NAFA Affiliates, manufacturers, and NAFA Chapters. I thank everyone for their generous contributions." Texas-style food like peel and eat shrimp, a vegetable quesadilla station, create your own fajita bar and green chili chicken are just a few of the items on the menu. Entertainment for the evening will be supplied by the local band, Vocal Trash. The group will perform throughout the evening, presenting a stage show early on and providing dance music into the night. Festivities take place on Sunday, April 10 at 7:00 p.m.
