AirIQ Announces Wireless Dispatch Service Configured for Trucking Industry

AirIQ a mobile resource management company, announces the availability of its wireless dispatch service for the trucking industry, complementing its wireless vehicle management service. These services have been specifically configured for the trucking industry. The services will be showcased at Canada's national truck show, Truck World 2002 at the National Trade Centre, Exhibition Place, Toronto on September 26, 27, and 28, 2002.Fleet owners and managers can leverage the power of their back office dispatch software system by integrating with AirIQ's wireless two-way data communications. AirIQ's "IQ-X" system interface (a universal XML-based data and messaging exchange) enables simple linkages of AirIQ's services to customer and third party applications. In specific, information received or forwarded from the driver, tractor or trailer can be exchanged with back office dispatch software systems by using IQ-X.
