GM Will Decide Small-Car Plan in September

General Motors will decide by early September whether to build small cars on the front-drive Delta architecture to replace the Chevrolet Cavalier and Pontiac Sunfire. The program, which would include $500 million in improvements to the Lordstown, OH assembly plant, would cost about $1 billion.
