PHH Arval announced that Kim Bolin has been named vice president, Vehicle Maintenance Assistance (VMA) and Contact Center. Bolin most recently served as director for the North American Contact Center at PHH.

In her expanded role, Bolin will be responsible for all of VMA operations for North America, including the Contact Center, which also consists of the Driver Response Team and Vehicle Accident Services.

Bolin's previous work experience includes Chase Mellon Shareholder Services, where she served as group vice president of Shareholder Services and director U.S. Customer Service Strategy for American Express. Bolin earned a bachelors degree in business administration from Arizona State University.
