Chrysler’s all-new Fiat 500L is set to arrive in June with a starting MSRP of $19,100. The vehicle comes in four different models, the Pop, the Easy, the Trekking, and the Lounge. The 500L offers 42% more interior room than the current Fiat 500 and seats five, according to Chrysler. For its powertrain, it features a choice of two six-speed transmissions (depending on the model) and a 1.4L MultiAir Turbo engine.

As for each of the models, the 500L Pop features the 1.4L MultiAir Turbo engine and a six-speed manual transmission, Koni frequency selective damping (FSD) front struts and rear shock absorbers, 16-inch chrome-accented wheel covers, all-season tires, and black exterior mirrors with driver- and passenger-side spotter mirrors. Inside, the 500L Pop features heat, air conditioning, power lock and windows with one-touch up/down, cruise control, body-color instrument panel, six speakers, an Electronic Vehicle Information Center (EVIC) with trip computer, miles-to-empty, average fuel economy, and a tire-pressure monitoring (TPM) display.

For seating, the vehicle features six-way cloth seats with driver and front-passenger height adjustability, and 60/40 split-fold rear seatbacks with segment-exclusive fore-aft adjustment, recline and tumble/slide feature. The steering column can telescope and slide, and there are 12-volt console and auxiliary power outlets up front. Other features include a multi-position cargo area trunk panel, cap-less fuel-filler door, floor mats, an interior observation mirror, and dual sun visors with vanity mirrors.

Chrysler adds a number of features to the 500 Easy model, including standard 16-inch aluminum wheels, deep-tint rear glass, body-color exterior mirror caps, a front-seat center console with armrest, a leather-wrapped steering wheel and a leather-wrapped shift knob with chrome accent, a vinyl-wrapped instrument panel that comes in three colors, cloth seat fabric, and the six-speaker FIAT audio system with 520-watt amplifier. The 500L Easy starts at an MSRP of $20,195 (plus $800 destination charge).

The 500L Trekking offers a different exterior look, with two-piece front and rear fascias with Grigio Chiaro (graphite) inserts, fog lamps, unique lower front- and rear-fascia accents, Grigio Chiaro wheel arch and body-side sill moldings, Grigio Chiaro recessed license plate area and lower left- and right-side reflector surrounds, and larger 17 x 7-inch aluminum wheels with wider 225/45R17 all-season tires.

Inside, the Fiat 500L Trekking has a painted instrument panel bezel and a two-tone Nero/Marrone (black/brown) interior environment. It features a leather-wrapped steering wheel, door and door-panel armrest bolsters, low-back bucket cloth seats, and floor mats. The 2014 Fiat 500L Trekking model has a starting MSRP of $21,195 (plus $800 destination charge).

The 500L Lounge features upgrades from the Easy model and comes with a Euro Twin Clutch six-speed transmission, 16-inch aluminum wheels, fog lamps, and chrome body-side moldings and mirror caps. Inside, it features dual sun visors with illuminated vanity mirrors, a vinyl-wrapped instrument panel available in two colors, premium heated leather front seats with power four-way adjust, two-way power driver’s side lumbar, 60/40 split-fold rear seatbacks with a fore-aft adjustment, recline, and tumble feature; an integrated armrest with cup holders, automatic dual-zone climate control, and auto-dimming rear-view mirror with compass. Starting MSRP is $24,195 (plus $800 destination charge).

In terms of packages, Chrysler offers No-charge Technology Features in the Easy, Trekking, and Lounge models. This launch package includes the ParkSense rear-park assist system, the ParkView rear back-up camera, and the Uconnect 6.5 infotainment system with a larger 6.5-inch touchscreen and navigation. The Uconnect 6.5 features voice operation of navigation, AM/FM and mobile phones; handsfree phone, and Bluetooth-streaming audio, text message reader, personalization settings, a media hub with an SD card reader, an auxiliary jack, and USB inputs. The company also offers a Premier Package +Beats/SiriusXM package with more audio system features.
