This week's tip comes from the California Driver Handbook. You may want to pass this along to your fleet drivers as a friendly reminder.

If you're behind a car that's stopped at a crosswalk, don't pass around it. A pedestrian you can't see may be crossing.

For example, if you've both been waiting to make a right turn and the light just turned green, don't just jump to the conclusion that the driver in front of you didn't notice the light change. There may be someone crossing the street on foot who is out of your sight line.
