Saab Cars USA reported a record month for Certified Pre-Owned vehicles. Consumers purchased 997 pre-owned Saabs, a 165 percent increase over July 2002. This represents 23 percent of total monthly volume, a figure in-line with other entry luxury group CPO programs. Year-to-date Saab CPO sales are up 138 percent to 5,133 vehicles.
