Kenneth D. Levin, Ph.D., was named manager of CRM Analytics at Remarketing Services of America, Inc. (RSA) on September 12, 2003. RSA is a unit of Fiserv.

As a member of RSA’s dedicated analytical services group, the Center for Advanced Automotive Research (CAAR), Dr. Levin’s responsibilities include leveraging advanced analytical tools to guide CRM strategy and enhance marketing productivity. In addition to customer analytics, CAAR forecasts, plans, reports results, and benchmarks data in remarketing and lease maturity management.

CAAR manages extensive automotive, financial, and industry data, utilizing advanced statistical and information mining techniques to provide clients with customized analyses and predictive modeling, allowing proactive portfolio management. Dr. Levin is the newest member of the CAAR team, which is led by Kurt Brown, RSA’s CAAR Director.

Prior to joining RSA, Dr. Levin was a manager of strategy and analysis at Digitas, LLC, a marketing consultancy in Boston, MA. He was responsible for CRM strategy and analytical consulting for Fortune 500 companies, including General Motors, Delta Airlines and Allstate Insurance.

His expertise includes predictive modeling, segmentation, marketing program measurement and experimental design.

Dr. Levin holds a Ph.D. in Quantitative Social Psychology from Syracuse University.
