ABC Co-Founder Sells Interest in Company

Carl Miskotten, co-founder of Auction Broadcasting Company (ABC), announced on July 21, 2003 that he will be selling his interest in the company to Mike Hockett, the other co-founder, and to ABC. Miskotten, who will leave ABC, said, “I will continue to pioneer new auction locations and remarketing ideas on my own, with ABC having first right of refusal on all future pioneering efforts.” ABC was founded in January 2000 and currently operates seven auctions.
