November 14, 2002

Manheim Auctions’ Technical Center released the 2003 schedule for its Condition Report Writing, Frame Structure, and Wholesale Certification training classes.

The Condition Report Writing class covers the basics of condition report writing, fundamentals of a proper inspection, damage category identification, proper inspection techniques, and industry terminology.

Frame Structure offers an overview and interpretation of the National Auto Auction (NAAA) structural damage policy, including how to identify automotive frame types, and what types of repairs collision shops are practicing today.

The one-day NAAA Wholesale Certification course covers the policies and procedures of the NAAA Wholesale Certification Minimum Standards program, the basics of pre-qualifications, and reconditioning and certification guidelines. The class is a prerequisite to participating in the NAAA Wholesale Certification Program and using the NAAA logo and standards.
