GM Creates New Global Fleet Sales Position

Detroit.  Brian McVeigh, general manager GM Fleet and Commercial Operations (FCO), has realigned his staff focusing on commercial dealer and global fleet sales.

Joe Switalski has been named director, GM Global Fleet Sales, with responsibility for sales service and marketing to customers with vehicle needs in more than one GM-defined geographical region-North America, Europe, Asia/Pacific, Latin America/Africa/Middle East. Switalski was formerly marketing director, commercial vehicles for GM Europe.

Jim McCallum assumes sole responsibility for GM's commercial dealer sales, including the network of 545 core dealers as the new director of GM Commercial Dealer Sales. He will focus his efforts on small fleet and non-fleet commercial sales. McCallum was previously director, GM Commercial Core Dealer and Global Fleet Sales.
