ROLLING MEADOWS, IL– LeasePlan USA, the premium service provider of vehicle leasing and fleet management solutions, was recently named to the Crain’s Chicago Business “Best Places to Work” list.

Besides hiring practices, benefits and pay, companies are evaluated and scored based on opinions from employees through a survey that measures employee engagement. The companies with the highest combined scores were named a Best Place to Work. LeasePlan was among the 200 companies that vied for a position on this prestigious list, honoring only the best organizations in the Chicagoland business community.

LeasePlan USA was acknowledged for its efforts in rewarding employees, open communication from management and its health and wellness initiatives.

“The companies that make this esteemed list are truly the best of the best, and LeasePlan is so proud to have achieved this honor. This would not have been possible without the passion and commitment of our employees, which are the best in the industry." said Jon J. Toups, chief sales and marketing officer.

Toups added, “This award follows similar award wins in both Atlanta and Chicago, and further validates our recent record-high employee satisfaction and engagement scores.”
