Fleet Response Announces New Appointments

CLEVELANDFleet Response has promoted Jeffrey Fender to director of sales and marketing and appointed Dave Anthony as a regional sales manager.

"Fleet Response continues to grow and Jeff has proven his skills to take on a strategic role in marketing and sales oversight," said Scott Mawaka, president, and COO. "We anticipate Dave's and Jeff's skills will assist Fleet Response in expanding our client base and industry presence."

In his new role, Fender will continue to be responsible for sales team management, executive communications, prospect development, and now also oversee marketing strategy and positioning of Fleet Response products and advertising.


Anthony brings more than 18 years insurance industry experience, including working in the Commercial Claims Department and as an account executive for Liberty Mutual Group. While in Claims, he acquired a wealth of experience in accident investigation & reconstruction, claim litigation & resolution, as well as subrogation. Anthony also acted as the principal risk management consultant to clients, advising them on appropriate strategies for transferring and financing their risk. He is an active member of the National Association of Fleet Administrators, Risk Insurance Management Society, and holds a Property & Casualty Insurance license.
