February 05, 2008

Datacom Wireless Corporation has signed an exclusive three-year agreement with Empress Truck Leasing to supply an initial order of 300 units of Datacom’s VGSM-150i solution in the Empress fleet, according to www.earthtimes.org.

Under the terms of the agreement, Empress will use Datacom’s VGSM-150i solution across its fleet of trucks. The VGSM-150i is a management tracking system for commercial vehicles benefiting from the GPS technology accuracy that comprises an interactive Web interface enabling users to locate such commercial vehicles on demand and to immobilize them.
