October 25, 2012

AUBURN HILLS, MI – The 2013 Ram 1500 is now being delivered to dealerships in Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky.

Nearly 200 dealers gathered Oct. 24 at the Palace of Auburn Hills, Mich., to deliver the new model. The event was one of several the automaker is hosting as part of the truck’s official launch.

The vehicles showcased at the Oct. 24 event were 2013 Ram 1500 Big Horn editions.

For 2013, the new Ram 1500 offers fuel-saving systems and first-in-segment technologies: eight-speed TorqueFlite 8 transmission, stop-start, and active aerodynamics, including grille shutters and air suspension.

The 2013 Ram 1500 is available in nine trim levels and starts at $23,585 including $995 destination charge, according to the automaker.
