Hyundai's first battery-electric car, the Ioniq Electric, has been cut from the same design cloth as its Ioniq Hybrid. Workhorse gave the first public viewing of its W-15 plug-in hybrid pickup at the ACT Expo conference in Long Beach, Calif.
