The Waymo Via display is part of the conference’s Innovation in Motion, sponsored by Element — a new, interactive experience featuring EV ride and drives and technology demonstrations. Innovation in Motion will take place on Nov. 11 from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The present list of participants for Innovation in Motion includes Ford, BrightDrop, Volvo, Lightning eMotors, Roush CleanTech, and ELMS. More will be added soon.

John Verdon, trucking EV and partnerships lead for Waymo — Alphabet’s autonomous subsidiary — will also take the stage with Craig Harper, executive VP and chief sustainability officer for trucking firm J.B. Hunt. Verdon and Hunt will discuss developments in autonomous freight movement and share insights into the autonomous freight delivery trial being conducted by the two companies in Texas.
