Voting is now open for the 2026 Fleet Hall of Fame recognizing fleet professionals whose careers have made a lasting impact on the fleet industry through leadership, innovation, mentorship, and service. The award is sponsored by the American Fleet Leasing Association (AFLA).

Automotive Fleet readers and industry professionals are invited to help select this year's inductees by casting their votes. Voting is open through August 15, and the 2026 Fleet Hall of Fame inductees will be recognized during the AFLA 2026 Corporate Fleet Conference, taking place Sept. 27-30 in Las Vegas.

The Fleet Hall of Fame honors individuals whose contributions have helped shape the fleet profession over the course of their careers. Inductees are selected through a combination of industry voting and evaluation by a panel of fleet leaders.

This year's ballot features seven accomplished fleet professionals whose careers span corporate fleet management, supplier partnerships, industry leadership, and association service. Their accomplishments include advancing fleet safety, reducing operating costs, mentoring the next generation of fleet professionals, and helping establish many of the best practices used throughout the industry today.

• Elsie Lucia, retired executive director of fleet and purchasing services, The Estée Lauder Companies
• John Dmochowsky, retired senior global fleet manager, Mondelēz International
• Lee Miller, retired director of fleet services, Boehringer Ingelheim
• Frank Memolo, senior manager, North America fleet operations, Teva Pharmaceuticals
• Roger Peterson, director, North America fleet, Rentokil
• Mark F. Petersen, retired fleet professional with leadership roles at Syneos Health, Element Fleet Management, Getinge, Panasonic, and other fleet organizations
• Dave Durepo, retired fleet professional, Superior Chevrolet

The Fleet Hall of Fame recognizes professionals whose influence extends beyond their own organizations through innovation, excellence, mentorship, industry leadership, and long-term contributions to the fleet community.

The 2026 inductees will be announced at the AFLA 2026 Corporate Fleet Conference in Las Vegas.
