A newly created B.E.S.T. (Branch Emergency Support Team) program has been introduced by Rollins Leasing Corp. in more than 60 cities nationwide to provide quick response to road emergencies in major metro areas where gridlock and traffic congestion can delay or otherwise interfere with needed road service.
The B.E.S.T. program is in addition to Rollins 24-hour Emergency Road Service, which is standard support service for Rollins’ full-service leasing, maintenance leasing, and rental customers in the U.S. and Canada. As part of the B.E.S.T. program, specially trained Rollins service technicians at branches in major metro areas are dispatched to handle all service-related calls as they are received. The technicians respond in specially equipped Rollins maintenance vehicles, which are outfitted with necessary tools, parts, tires, and communication equipment.
Rollins expects to expand the B.E.S.T. program to more branch cities by year’s end. Rollins has more than 275 branches in the U.S. and Canada.
