The award program recognizes organizations around the world that exemplify the highest level of operational and strategic excellence. PHH is one of 100 companies honored for “making the customer central to doing business and setting the benchmarks for others to follow.”
PHH InterActive, the company’s secure Web site, enables PHH clients to access real-time, comprehensive information and online management capabilities. PHH has just enhanced PHH InterActive in North America, and will be launching PHH InterActive in the United Kingdom and Europe later this year.
In addition to the CIO-100 Award, PHH has received the Computerworld Smithsonian Awards laureate medal, the Information Week e-business 100 Award and the CIO Web Business 50/50 Award. More than 4,300 client users now access PHH InterActive for online vehicle ordering, management capabilities, reports and analyses, and more.
