PHH Arval Names New VP, Business Development
Leonard Fuchs has been promoted to vice president, business development, at PHH Arval. Fuchs joined PHH Arval in 1990, when PHH purchased Avis Leasing. With this promotion, he will be serving as sales manager responsible for mid-market accounts in the East Coast. Prior to joining PHH, Fuchs was an account executive with Avis Leasing.
