PHH Arval Names Kilroy President/CEO; Cashen Executive Vice President
George Kilroy has been named president and chief executive officer of PHH Arval, the fleet services subsidiary of Cendant Corp. Kilroy replaces Mark Miller, who was promoted to president and chief operating officer of Cendant Corp.’s Travel Division when PHH Arval was acquired on March 1, 2001. In his previous position as senior vice president, business development, Kilroy was responsible for new client sales, client relations and marketing for PHH Arval’s domestic U.S.-based operations. He joined PHH in 1976 as an account executive in the Truck and Equipment Division and was promoted to management positions, including head of Diversified Services and Financial Services. Prior to joining PHH, he was a regional manager for Ryder Truck Rental. In addition, Neil Cashen has been named executive vice president and chief operating officer. In his new role, Cashen will be responsible for PHH Arval’s operations, including finance, strategic planning, customer and vehicle services, legal, and human resources. Formerly Cashen was senior vice president of finance and planning for PHH Arval’s North American fleet operations. Cashen joined PHH in 1979, and has held positions as vice president and controller, vice president of business planning and analysis, and director of corporate planning and business development.
