PHH Arval, a leading fleet management services provider, is a finalist in The 2013 American Business AwardsSM in the Business-to-Business Marketing Category for its PHH InterActive for Drivers mobile app, a tool designed to empower and meet the needs of drivers who spend little time in an office.
“With today’s more mobile workforce, this app illustrates our commitment to providing end-to-end solutions,” said Dave Zuidema, PHH Arval senior vice president, Customer Experience. “Technology is an enabler of great processes and helps elevate the experience PHH wants our clients to have.”
Historically drivers would have to access a driver portal from a computer, often a challenge for people who spend their workday on the road. Through PHH InterActive for Drivers mobile, launched May 1, 2012, users can complete work-related tasks without having to make a special trip to the office.
PHH InterActive for Drivers mobile includes a proactive to-do list for common driver tasks, a GPS-enabled supplier locater, the ability to submit and view mileage reports, report lost or stolen service cards, retrieve pin numbers and view vehicle and service card information.
