SAN DIEGO, CA – Networkcar, a provider of wireless vehicle management, announced it has integrated the ProMiles FuelTaxOnline fuel tax reporting system into its Networkfleet wireless vehicle management system. Networkfleet transmits GPS location and engine odometer readings to ProMiles for each fleet vehicle. Fleet managers log in to the ProMiles Fleet Portal to view miles driven in each state and automatically generate fuel tax reports, saving man-hours and improving accuracy.

Offered to Networkfleet customers as a new feature, the fuel tax reporting service gives fleet managers the ability to automate all tax calculations, including state mile calculations and fuel purchase information from fuel cards. The service requires little or no driver input and saves time and money by eliminating the need for manual data entry. It also complies with state and federal tax regulations, thus reducing the risk of regulation violations.
