NAFA Reveals More CAFM Graduates

The NAFA Fleet Management Association has revealed the remaining fleet professionals who have earned their CAFM (certified automotive fleet manager) designation in the 2017-18 year, and also those who have earned the CAFS (certified automotive fleet specialist) designation.

The NAFA Fleet Management Association has revealed the remaining fleet professionals who have earned their CAFM (certified automotive fleet manager) designation in the 2017-18 year, and also those who have earned the CAFS (certified automotive fleet specialist) designation.

The government fleet professionals who have earned CAFM designation were announced earlier this. Private fleet professionals who were awarded the honor are as follows:

To become certified, an applicant must pass a series of comprehensive examinations to demonstrate expertise in the eight disciplines of automotive fleet management, according to a release from NAFA. This includes fleet information management; maintenance management; professional development; vehicle fuel management; asset management; business management; financial management, and risk management. Designed to identify and recognize exceptional fleet management professionals, many employers now require fleet managers to obtain the CAFM designation prior to, or shortly after, employment.

In addition to the previously announced governement professionals, the following 11 fleet professionals earned their CAFS designation in 2017-2018. The CAFS program is open to any individual with at least one year experience in any fleet-related position, as well as those enrolled in a college or university program in a fleet-related course of study.
