The new executive appointments for the NAFA Fleet Management Association include director of content strategy Lilly Grossman, regional engagement manager Marci McNeal, CAE, and manager of credentialing and professional recognition, Natasha Patterson.

According to the statement, the expansion of NAFA's workforce is  for the betterment of membership relations for its new regional structure, certification and professional recognition, and education content strategies.

Vehicle fleet industry membership association NAFA Fleet Management Association (NAFA), announced in a statement the expansion of its workforce for the betterment of membership relations for its new regional structure, certification, and professional recognition, and education content strategies.

As NAFA’s director of content strategy, Lilly Grossman is responsible for overseeing NAFA’s education programs by directing the continued development, implementation, and evaluation of educational resources and activities. In addition, she will be identifying, assessing, and developing recommendations to meet ongoing member education and training needs. During her 15 years of experience in training and development, Lilly was most recently an instructional systems designer, where she worked with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to implement appropriate and engaging training solutions for a variety of audiences.

NAFA appointed Marci McNeal, CAE, as the new regional engagement manager, serving as the main contact for NAFA’s regions and their volunteer boards. In this position, Marci will be providing operational, logistical, and strategic support in the execution of regional activities. These activities will enhance membership value and fuel member engagement. With about 25 years of experience in association management, communications, and leadership functions, Marci previously worked as a chapter relations strategist for the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP), where she managed 55 chapters serving 134,000 members in the key areas of membership and chapter operations.

In the role of manager of credentialing and professional recognition, Natasha Patterson, ACA, oversees the overall success of NAFA credentialing and recognition programs. More specifically, Natasha will manage the positioning, management, and administration of the Certified Automotive Fleet Manager (CAFM) program, credential and other certification and assessment-based professional certificate programs for the automotive fleet industry’. Natasha brings about 20 years of certification management experience and prior to this position, Natasha served as the manager of education and training special projects/SHCM manager for the National Affordable Housing Management Association, where she managed the education and certification course administration, renewal billings, and meeting preparation.
