Merchants Fleet Management has hired Lisa Teel as its regional sales manager for south Texas and Louisiana, the company announced Monday.

Merchants Fleet Management has hired Lisa Teel as its regional sales manager for south Texas and Louisiana, the company announced Monday.
Teel departs GE Capital, where she served as a strategic account manager overseeing a $17 million energy, oil and gas portfolio, according to Merchants. She began her career as a territory sales manager with GE Capital focusing on healthcare and construction in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
In her role with Merchants, Teel will be based in Houston focusing on the energy sector. She will work with clients to "customize fleet management and services solutions to best fit their needs and budget," according to a release.
