Manheim Offers Classes on Condition Reports, Frame & Structure
Manheim’s National Technical Center in Nashville, TN, regularly holds condition report writing and frame structure classes. The condition report writing class covers the basics of condition report writing, the fundamentals of proper inspection, and damage category identification (such as prior repair, frame, flood, and hail). Instructors also review proper inspection techniques, current industry terminology, and collision manual usage. The two-day class is endorsed by the National Auto Auction Association (NAAA). The frame and structure class is an overview and interpretation of NAAA structural damage policy. The one-day class includes identification of automotive frame types, types of damage a structure will incur in a collision, and a look at the repair processes currently used by collision shops.
