ARI, a leading global fleet services provider specializing in complex car and truck fleets, is pleased to announce further enhancements to its ARI insights web-based and mobile fleet management system. The latest improvements include stronger analytics, advanced search capabilities, expanded asset tracking, and live customer support.

The ARI insights system collects and integrates critical vehicle and driver data from around the world. A dedicated team of ARI solution architects works closely with fleet customers to understand their business needs and incorporate their required solutions into these system enhancements.

Users of the ARI insights system can now improve their experience with the following new features:

  • Analytics for a specific asset’s maintenance spend, repair amounts, repair categories, and more

  • Two search tool options and the ability to bookmark vehicle search results

  • Tracking and reporting for vehicle chassis and/or equipment

  • Live customer support via a chat tool

“These latest enhancements continue to improve our customers’ experience,” said Tony Candeloro, ARI vice president of product development. “We remain committed to developing our customer systems in a direction that aligns available tools and technologies with our clients’ objectives for managing complex fleets and controlling costs.”

Earlier this year, ARI introduced a new, intuitive user interface and a redesigned, easier-to-use navigation tool within the system along with other improvements. In 2012, ARI announced its partnership with SAP and its implementation of the HANA platform, which has significantly reduced processing time and substantially broadened the scope of fleet reporting.

ARI has since been recognized for its exclusive adaptation of this technology to the fleet management field, leading to an award in the “Data to Decisions” category for Constellation Research’s 2012 SuperNova Awards, a Bronze Stevie Award in the Tech Innovation of the Year category at the 10th Annual American Business Awards, and a 2012 Fleet Europe Industry Award.
