Leasing Associates is opening a new office in Atlanta that will be led by Mark Conroy, a veteran in the leasing industry who is joining the fleet management company, the company has announced.

Conroy has been in the fleet management industry, funding and managing commercial fleets of vehicles since 1978. His background includes managing national sales teams for large and medium-sized fleet lessors over a 34-year career.

Conroy is a past president of the Automotive Fleet and Leasing Association (AFLA).

"He has a proven track record in fleet leasing and fleet management, and I know that he will be a great asset in growing the Atlanta market," said Mark Sprague, president and CEO of Leasing Associates. "We are fortunate to have someone with his unique sales and sales management skills leading our expansion in that territory."

The company specializes in fleets with up to 50 vehicles. The company will now have 12 offices with the Atlanta office.
