The Land Rover Range Rover Evoque compact SUV enters its second generation as a 2020 model that incorporates features from the Velar such as thinner standard LED headlights and an electrified model.
The 2020 Evoque will be offered in the U.S. with two powertrain choices, including a 2.0-liter turbocharged inline-four gasoline engine that makes 246 horsepower and 269 pound-feet of torque that's paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission and standard four-wheel drive that can operate in two-wheel mode to improve fuel efficiency.
A mild-hybrid model will offer a bit more power with no loss of cargo space or interior cabin room.
Land Rover will show the vehicle at the Chicago Auto Show in February. More details and pricing will be available closer to launch.
