Kia America Announces 2021 Niro EV
On the heels of the 2020 model, the new Kia Niro EV model features an estimated 239 miles of range per charge with a 201-horsepower electric motor.

Other features of the 2021 Niro include forward collision warning, blindspot collision warning, lane keep assist with lane departure warning, smart cruise control with stop and go, navigation-based smart cruise control, highway driving assist, and driver attention warning.

The 2021 model of the Kia Niro arrives as a carryover of the 2020 model, but with technology and convenience enhancements, according to a news release from the OEM. The Niro EV delivers an estimated 239 miles of range on a single charge and may be eligible for state and local utility incentives, depending on location of purchase.
Key features include:
Standard rear occupant alert (door-logic based)
Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto
Remote start functionality
Expanded available DriveWise Advanced Driver Assistance Systems, including leading vehicle departure alert, highway driving assist and navigation-based smart cruise control
Trim level options come in EX or EX premium. The Niro has a 64 kWh battery and 201-horsepower electric motor.
