SPARKS, MD – PHH Arval has announced the appointments of two new senior vice presidents: William Keenan, senior vice president, finance, and David Zuidema, senior vice president and chief information officer. Both are members of the company’s senior leadership team and report directly to George Kilroy, president and CEO of PHH Arval. Keenan is responsible for the financial operations of PHH Arval in both the United States and Canada. He joined PHH Arval in August 2006 as vice president of finance. Keenan has nearly 24 years of experience in all areas of accounting and finance, including financial analysis and management, budget preparation, and administration. Most recently, he owned a consulting practice providing consulting services to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, financial management solutions, and forensic accounting. He has also worked for Group Practice Services Corporation, Brandywine Health System, and PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Keenan is a certified public accountant in the state of Pennsylvania. Zuidema is responsible for PHH Arval’s Information Technology Services division. He joined PHH in 1981 after working in strategic planning at Arthur Andersen Consulting. His career at PHH Arval has encompassed a wide variety of key leadership roles, including information services, marketing, product management, business process reengineering, business development, and operations. Promoted to vice president in 1999, Zuidema has been an advocate for forward-thinking technology advancements. Most recently Zuidema led the company’s innovative moves into predictive modeling.
