GAINESVILLE, VA - Professional Automotive Relocation Services, Inc. (PARS) is pleased to announce that John Ross has joined PARS as its Internal Customer Support Manager at PARS Headquarters office in Gainesville, Virginia. John oversees the customer relationship management, inside sales, IT projects and website support, data management, and special projects.
John joins PARS with more than 14 years of customer support management experience within the Fleet leasing and logistics industry with successful relationship management growth and profitability.
Most recently, John served as Sales Administrative Coordinator at Ryder. In that role, he coordinated all support aspects of the Southern Plains Sales territory to include responsibility for annual retention and growth sales extension portfolio.
Prior to Ryder, he worked at GE Fleet Capital for 11 years where he was a National Account Specialist. He was responsible for identifying customer cost savings, retention and annual growth of additional fleet services adds.
