Here’s Your Chance to Rate the Manufacturers
In October 2000, the NAFA Foundation will mail to commercial fleet customers a fleet customer satisfaction benchmarking survey regarding the fleet operations of General Motors, Ford, and DaimlerChrysler.
This study will be an industry-wide survey of fleet managers throughout the U.S. and Canada. It will be the first in a series of annual fleet customer satisfaction studies that the NAFA Foundation will conduct to allow manufacturers to benchmark their service offerings vis-à-vis other manufacturers. “When you receive this survey, take the time to fill it out so your voice will be heard by the management of these companies,” said Jim Anselmi, president of the NAFA Foundation.
