General Motors has announced a 1.25-percent price assurance for the 2002-model year. This percentage comprehends vehicle price increases because of economics and changes in destination and freight charges. It does not comprehend vehicle price increases due to equipment adjustments. It is calculated based upon the official GM price schedule in effect at the conclusion of the 2001-model year. This assurance is in effect until release of 2002 model year introductory pricing.
