GM Adds Five-Passenger Cargo Van Model to 2014 Chevrolet Express Lineup

Called the “Crew Cargo Van,” this model features a three-passenger rear bench seat, and a bulkhead behind the seat separates the cargo area from the passenger area.

GM Adds Five-Passenger Cargo Van Model to 2014 Chevrolet Express Lineup

General Motors is offering a new five-passenger cargo model for its model-year 2014 Chevrolet Express van lineup. Called the “Crew Cargo Van,” this model features a three-passenger rear bench seat and a bulkhead behind the seat separates the cargo area from the passenger area. This new model is available in the 2014 Express 2500 and 3500 lineups, according to GM.

Additional equipment on this new van model include full-length, black rubberized-vinyl floor covering, a fixed full-body window package glass, a swing-out passenger-side door, and a Medium Pewter interior color. For safety, head- and side-curtain airbags are also features on this model. GM added that on the 2500/3500 Extended Wheelbase models, other features include rear air-conditioning and auxiliary lighting.

GM also provided 2014-MY updates on their other van models. These updates include power windows and door locks as standard equipment on the Express Passenger Van. On the Express Cutaway, a 160-amp alternator and 9900 GVWR with the 159-inch wheelbase model of the Cutaway are new features for MY-2014.
