Previously, Felicetta was the director of fleet operations for Cablevision, where he worked for 15 years. He had direct responsibility for vendor negotiations, vehicle specifications, vehicle acquisitions and upfitting, vehicle repair and maintenance and disposal of surplus equipment for a 4000 vehicle fleet in three states and 27separate locations.

While at Cablevision, Felicetta took a decentralized fleet of 2,500 vehicles and established central management and control of all fleet operations while increasing the fleet to over 4,000 vehicles
Earlier, Felicetta was fleet manager of corporate offices for Petroleum Heat and Power, where he was responsible for the acquisition, disposal, maintenance, safety and regulatory compliance of a 2,000 vehicle fleet with employees at 26 locations in seven states and the District of Columbia.
