Ford Pro is giving fleet and commercial customers exclusive opportunities this summer to learn more about the latest Ford vehicles, services and software solutions through new virtual events, according to a July 29 Ford press release.
Building on the success of last year’s virtual product events, customers are invited to sign up for personalized, one-on-one Transit Virtual Walkaround appointments to explore the all-new, all-electric E-Transit van and 2022 Transit line-up.
During the appointment, customers talk to a product expert to get the inside scoop on all the latest product features and connected technologies designed to help maximize uptime and productivity. The virtual session is tailored to the customer’s unique interests and needs. It can include an exploration of the Transit van family’s multiple configurations, engines, driver assist technologies and more, all from the comfort of home or office.
“Feedback to our 2020 Transit Virtual Appointments was very positive, with many customers encouraging us to continue offering the service post-pandemic,” explains Jennifer Mitchell, Ford assistant brand manager, Transit and Transit Connect. “Customers told us they appreciated being able to learn about the van line-up and get all their questions answered without leaving home.”
Transit Virtual Walkaround appointments are available July 26 through Aug. 20. Schedule a Transit Virtual Walkaround at fordfleetlive.com.
“This is our opportunity to take you behind the curtain, giving you a sneak peek at the very latest products and services from the team,” says Ted Cannis, CEO, Ford Pro.
