Join this Fleet Safety Conference (FSC) opening keynote presentation, "Proactive Strategies for Fleet Safety: Top Plaintiff Trends and How to Fight Back Against Excessive Damages."

Cayce Lynch, Administrative Partner at Tyson & Mendes, will host the opening keynote. As an expert on nuclear verdicts, Lynch will break down the secrets behind plaintiffs' counsel's sneakiest tactics. 

"This session is not just about defending claims — it is about proactively safeguarding our industry from Nuclear Verdicts, ensuring a fair and just outcome in the courtroom," Lynch said. 

Defense lawyers know taking a serious accident case to trial can be risky. Lynch will discuss critical, concrete solutions to combat plaintiffs' tactics, including innovative strategies for prepping the corporate representative and the driver for deposition and testimony.
