FCA US will begin a 26-city tour of fleet previews on April 23 that begins in Iowa and ends in Seattle eight weeks later.
Fleet customers will have the opportunity to drive a variety of Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, and Fiat vehicles from the 2016 model year. The fleet previews begin April 23 at the Sheraton West in Des Moines, Iowa.
"The annual fleet preview is an ideal time for our fleet customers, as well as prospective customers, to come out and drive our latest vehicles at a location close to where they work and live," said Tim Kuniskis, vice president of fleet operations for FCA North America. "This is an opportunity to learn all about our 2016 model year product lineup in a convenient and informative half-day format."
The FCA US vehicles featured on this year's fleet preview tour include the Ram ProMaster and Ram ProMaster City vans, Chrysler 200 mid-size sedan, Ram 1500 pickup truck, and Jeep Cherokee. For law enforcement agencies, this year's fleet preview will include the all-wheel-drive Dodge Charger Pursuit police car.
Last year's tour attracted more than 1,000 participants who took 2,400 test drives. Designed for commercial, government, and daily rental fleet customers, each half-day event will provide in-depth fleet product overviews, product walk-arounds, service presentations, driving routes, and ample time to talk with the FCA Fleet team. The vehicles on tour include several that have been upfitted for specific vocations.
