Call for Nominations for 2022 Fleet Manager of the Year
The Fleet Manager of the Year award recognizes a proficient fleet manager who has demonstrated special business acumen in developing and executing key management policies in all areas.

Nomations are now live for the Edward J. Bobit 2022 Fleet Manager of the Year award.
Automotive Fleet
Automotive Fleet magazine is now accepting nominations for the 2022 Edward J. Bobit Professional Fleet Manager of the Year award. Submissions are due by Friday, June 17, 2022. The award is sponsored by Wheels Inc. and the Automotive Fleet & Leasing Association (AFLA).
The Fleet Manager of the Year award recognizes a proficient fleet manager who has demonstrated special business acumen in developing and executing key management policies in all areas.
Qualified nominees are full-time commercial fleet managers, control a company-owned or leased fleet in excess of 100 cars and light trucks combined, and who are recognized nationally among their peers for their unique abilities and accomplishments.
Please fill out this brief questionnaire to submit your nomination. Only two nominations are allowed per company, and the nominations close on Friday, June 17.
The 2022 Edward J. Bobit Professional Fleet Manager award winner will be announced at the 2022 AFLA conference, which will be held Oct. 10-13, 2022, at the JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass Resort & Spa in Tucson, Arizona.
Last year’s Fleet Manager of the Year was Jim Petrillo, Treasury and Fleet Director at FujiFilm Holdings. Petrillo manages over 1,500 vehicles, and was able to research, identify, and secure cost-effective vehicles with contemporary safety features, and since implementing the safety program, FujiFilm has experienced a more than 25% decrease in annualized incident rate.
The winner of the 2022 Edward J. Bobit Professional Fleet Manager of the Year award will be profiled in an issue of Automotive Fleet later this year.
