Black Book’s Official Heavy Duty Truck Guide to be Available on Nov. 1, 2001
Black Book/National Auto Research reports that a new Official Heavy Duty Truck Guide, providing complete coverage for class 4 through class 8 medium- and heavy-duty truck tractors and straight trucks, will be available Nov.1, 2001. Truck values include both average and rough wholesale, average retail, and current loan value. In addition to the values, the 4th through 8th digits of the VIN are given, and the publication contains a mileage consideration statement. As is the case with other Black Book products, this new offering is a reflection of current wholesale values, obtained from truck auctions along with other industry sources. It will be updated on a monthly basis. For more information, call (800) 554-1026.
